How you get paid

How someone becomes your referral, what you earn, and when and how we pay you.

Terms as of 19 October 2026. This is the summary in plain words; the Commission terms are the full agreement.

  1. How someone becomes your referral

Someone taps your page's Jinty badge, buys one of your offers through Jinty or successfully claims one of your free offers through Jinty. Then, within 90 days, they make a new Jinty account.

    Who counts
    New Jinty accounts only
If they used another page too
The most recent page in those 90 days counts
    Once it is set
The referral stays with your account
If they say no to referral cookies
You can still get the credit
    What you do
Use your page where your audience visits, including your social bio. You don't need a separate promotional campaign.

Free offers include downloads, requests, bookings, courses and memberships. These count when Jinty accepts the purchase or free offer, even if the person goes straight to an offer from a link. A page visit alone does not make someone your referral.

  2. What you earn

When someone you refer becomes a paying Jinty customer, you earn 50% recurring commission for the life of their subscription.

    Monthly plan
$12.50 each time they pay $25
    Yearly plan
$125 each time they pay $250
    Your own plan
You get the same 50% on Free or Seller

Worked out on the plan price before tax, with nothing taken off for card fees. What you earn depends on people you refer paying for their own Jinty subscription.

Examples

A tap on your badge

Someone finds your page through your Instagram bio, taps the Jinty badge and creates a Jinty account. They're your referral. If they later pay for a Jinty plan, you earn 50% recurring commission for the life of their subscription.

A free download from your newsletter

You link to your free checklist in your newsletter. Someone claims it with their email address and, a few weeks later, joins Jinty with the same address. If nothing else credits them when they join, we match their email when they first confirm it, within 7 days of joining. They become your referral, even though they never visited your page or tapped the badge. This check doesn't depend on cookies.

The full details

Everything else, in plain words. The Commission terms say the same in full.

How the referral is decided
  • The last Jinty badge tapped, or the last successful purchase or free offer accepted through Jinty, in the 90 days before sign-up decides whose page counts. Free offers include downloads, requests, bookings, courses and memberships.
  • If no referral is set when they sign up, we check their email when they first confirm it, within 7 days of signing up. If they join with Google, we check at sign-up.
  • We look for purchases and free offers accepted through Jinty using that email in the last 90 days. The creator of the most recent one gets the referral.
  • A visitor declining referral cookies doesn't have to mean a lost referral. We can still credit you through a valid referral link during sign-up, or by matching an eligible purchase or free offer when they confirm their email. We respect their cookie choice and preserve your referral opportunity.
  • Correcting the address before confirming it is fine. We check once, against the first address they confirm. Changing it afterwards does not set or change a referral.
  • An unpublished page can still be credited. A suspended page cannot, and suspending a page ends commission from the referrals it already had. A page brought back after a suspension can earn from new referrals.
  • Only new accounts count, and the referral is locked once it is set.
  • When this email check sets a referral, only the payments they make from then on earn you commission. A referral set when they sign up earns from their first payment, even before they confirm their email.
When a commission is not paid
  • If the person gets a refund, or asks their bank to reverse the payment, within the 30 days, that commission is cancelled.
  • Money we have already paid you is never taken back.
  • If you owe Jinty for your plan or under the Commission terms, we may take it from your balance after emailing you the amount.
Small balances and currency
  • A commission is cleared once its 30 days are over. If your cleared balance is under $10, it carries over to the next month. Each January we pay any cleared balance, however small, if you have verified your email and added payout details in a country we can pay.
  • Money you are owed never expires. While it waits, we remind you on Jinty and by email.
  • We work out commission in US dollars. PayPal pays in US dollars, Wise pays its value in your own currency, and a UK bank transfer pays its value in pounds. Any further conversion by your own provider is between you and them.
Where we can pay
  • Anyone can make a Jinty page, from any country.
  • We pay into a PayPal or Wise account, or a UK bank account. If you don't have one we can pay into, we can't pay you, and your Commissions page tells you so.

We can't pay to these countries yet:

Afghanistan, Antarctica, Belarus, Belize, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Burundi, Cameroon, Caribbean Netherlands, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Cuba, Curaçao, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini, French Southern Territories, Guam, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya, Madagascar, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Pitcairn Islands, Puerto Rico, Russia, Sint Maarten, Somalia, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, U.S. Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Western Sahara, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Rules for referrals

These protect everyone's commission, yours included.

  • Do not join through your own badge.
  • Do not use paid ads to get people to join.
  • Do not tell people what they will earn.
  • Do not make fake, duplicate or automated accounts.
  • Do not pretend to be Jinty or copy its pages.

Breaking one of these rules cancels any commission we have not paid you yet. We check suspected breaches by hand before the 30 days end.

If your account or page closes
  • If your account is closed, by you or by Jinty, your commission stops and any balance not yet paid is lost, including commission still in its 30 days.
  • If we reopen the same account within 30 days of closing it, you get back the balance you lost and your page earns commission again. A new account does not get that balance.
  • If Jinty suspends your page, your commission ends and your whole balance is lost, including commission still in its 30 days. Lifting the suspension does not bring it back.
  • Jinty only ends your Commission terms if you seriously break them or Jinty's Terms, or use Jinty for anything illegal. Your commission then ends, and any balance not yet paid is lost.
  • If Jinty stops trading, every balance is paid.
