Commission terms

Version 1.4, 19 October 2026

A short version, in plain words, is on How you get paid.

These terms are an agreement between ECom24 Ltd, trading as Jinty, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom, under number SC276560, with its registered office at Jinty.store, Hamilton House, ML10 6SY, UK ("we", "us"), and you, the account holder for a Jinty page. They start when you create your page. They are about the commission you earn when you refer someone who joins Jinty.

What our words mean

  1. Badge means the Jinty badge on your page. It holds your referral link. Every page has one, on both plans. There is nothing to apply for.
  2. Referral means a person who joins Jinty, is credited to you under clauses 11 to 14, and starts a paid plan. Your commission is on what they pay for their Jinty plan.
  3. Commission means the money we pay you for a referral.
  4. Balance means the commission we owe you and have not yet paid.

Your agreement with Jinty

  1. You and we are independent. Nothing here makes us partners, agents or employer and employee.
  2. You must be 18 or over. By creating a page you tell us you are.
  3. This is not exclusive. You may recommend other products, and so may we.

What you earn

  1. You get 50% of what each referral pays for their plan, not counting tax, whichever plan you are on. We take nothing off for Stripe's fees.
  2. You get it every time they pay, for as long as they have a paid subscription. It goes one level only: you earn on the people you refer, not on the people they refer.
  3. While Jinty is still operating, we never end or lower commission on your existing referrals, unless your account is closed or suspended, or we end these terms under clause 27. If we change these terms, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. A change never lowers the rate, how long you earn, or the levels on your existing referrals.

Who counts as your referral

  1. When someone joins Jinty, the credit goes to the page of their latest qualifying action in the 90 days before they joined. Each action counts from when it happened, and a purchase from when it was paid. A link or form that carries an action to sign-up does not make it newer or restart the 90 days. Browsing, previews and attempts Jinty does not accept do not count. The qualifying actions are:
    • tapping your badge;
    • a successful purchase of one of your offers through Jinty;
    • a free download, request, booking, course or membership of yours, through Jinty, that Jinty accepts.
  2. If no one is credited when they join, we check the first email address they verify, within 7 days of joining, against purchases and accepted free actions from the last 90 days, and credit the page of the latest one. This includes an address they corrected before verifying it. This check does not depend on cookies. We make it once. A later change of address never credits anyone or changes the credit.
  3. Only new Jinty accounts count. A page that is still a draft gets credit like a published one. A suspended page or a closed account gets no credit.
  4. Once a person is your referral, that stays for life. No other badge or page can change it. You earn on their payments from the moment they became your referral, not on earlier ones.

When you are paid

  1. We hold each commission for 30 days after the referral pays. This includes the first one. When the hold ends, the commission is added to your balance. We pay your balance in the next monthly run once it reaches $10 (clause 18).
  2. If a payment is refunded or disputed during the hold, we void the commission on that payment.
  3. Once we have paid you, we never take it back. If you owe us money for your Jinty plan or under these terms, we may take it from your balance. We email you the amount first.
  4. We pay once a month if your balance is $10 or more and you have payout details and a verified email. A smaller balance moves to the next month.
  5. Every January we pay any balance over $0, if you have payout details and a verified email.
  6. To be paid, you need payout details and a verified email.
  7. You add your payout details in Settings.

How we pay

  1. We work out commission in US dollars.
  2. You can be paid by PayPal (in US dollars), Wise (in your own currency) or UK bank transfer (in pounds). If your bank or provider charges to convert the money into your own currency, you pay that cost.
  3. We pay the cost of sending.
  4. We pay into a PayPal account, a Wise account or a UK bank account. We do not pay to the countries listed on the How you get paid page. If we cannot pay you one of these ways, we cannot pay you.

If you or Jinty end this

  1. You may close your account at any time. Closing it ends your commission, and any balance we have not yet paid you is lost, including commission still in its hold. If we bring back the same account within 30 days, the balance comes back with it; a new account does not get it.
  2. We may end this agreement if you seriously break it or our Terms, or use Jinty for anything illegal. Your commission then ends, and any balance we have not yet paid you is lost, as in clause 26.
  3. If we suspend your account or your page, your commission on the referrals you had by then ends, and any balance we have not yet paid you is lost, including commission still in its hold. Lifting the suspension does not bring either back. People who become your referral after it is lifted earn you commission as usual. Where we have no reliable record of when an earlier suspension happened, we do not guess: a referral keeps earning unless our records show it has ended.
  4. If we stop trading, we pay every balance we owe in the next run. Commission still in its hold is paid in the first run after the hold ends.

What you must not do

  1. If you do any of these, you lose the commission we have not yet paid you, and we may end this agreement:
    • refer yourself;
    • pay for ads that send people to your badge or to Jinty;
    • say or suggest how much anyone will earn with Jinty;
    • make fake, duplicate or automated accounts to trigger commission;
    • pretend to be Jinty, or copy Jinty or its pages.
  2. If we think you did any of these, we check by hand before the hold ends.

How you talk about Jinty

  1. Do not say or suggest that you speak for Jinty, or that we back you or your work.
  2. Do not make claims about what anyone will earn.
  3. You may use the Jinty name and badge only as we provide them, to tell people about Jinty. Do not change them or use them in a way that misleads.
  4. Follow the law, including laws on spam and advertising.

If something goes wrong

  1. If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these terms, you pay our costs and any money we must pay them. We will tell you quickly. You may handle the defence. You may not settle in a way that binds us unless we agree in writing.

Tax and law

  1. You pay your own taxes. We pay ours.
  2. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The courts of Scotland decide any dispute.
  3. We may change these terms. We tell you by email as set out in clause 10.
