How do I see who is visiting my link-in-bio page?

Visitors counts the people who opened your link-in-bio page.

  1. Open Visitors

    Visitors is in the menu down the side. It counts what happened on your link-in-bio page: it does not tell you who anybody is. Names only reach you when somebody chooses to give you their email, and those live in Contacts.

  2. Pick your dates

    The From and To boxes at the top decide the window. The figures and both charts cover the same window, so change it once and everything below follows. It starts on a recent stretch, and you can look back at any week you like.

  3. Read the three figures

    Visitors is the people who opened your link-in-bio page, and a refresh does not count twice. Link clicks is every tap on one of your links. Email sign-ups is the people who left you their email address.

  4. Read the two charts

    Underneath, one chart plots visitors a day and the other plots link clicks a day. They never share an axis, so a busy day for one is easy to tell from a busy day for the other. Look for the days you posted something.

  5. See which links people tap

    Clicks by link lists every link with its own total. That table is all time, not the window above it, so it counts every click since the link went up. It is the quickest way to see what is worth keeping at the top.

  6. If it says nothing was recorded

    Two things stop the counting. Your link-in-bio page has to be published, and your link has to be somewhere people will tap it. Put it in your bio, share it once, and come back.
