What happens if I sell more than the Free plan allows?

The Free plan carries your first three paid sales. After those, a priced download needs the Seller plan.

  1. Three paid sales, free

    The Free plan includes three successful paid sales. It is three everywhere, for everybody, and nothing you do changes it. Free downloads are not counted at all, however many you give away.

  2. A refund puts one back

    The count is worked out from sales that were not refunded, so refunding an order returns that sale. A test sale you refund therefore costs you nothing.

  3. Where to see how many are left

    Sales carries the line, and it changes as you sell. It reads like "2 of 3 free sales left on the Free plan", and there is a link to Plans beside it.

  4. What we email you

    We email you on your first sale, with the amount and how many free sales are left. We email you again when the last one is used, saying what stopped and what did not.

  5. What happens on the next sale

    Somebody pressing buy on a priced download sees it as not on sale right now, so nobody lands on a button that cannot work. They are pointed at everything else you have. Nothing is deleted and no money is lost.

  6. What keeps working

    Everything else. Your link-in-bio page, your links, your free downloads, your contacts and their export all carry on exactly as they were, and every buyer who has already paid keeps their download.

  7. Getting the Seller plan

    Ask us, and we will sort it out with you. Open Get help in the app and start a chat, or write to the address on that screen. A person reads it, and you will get an answer.
